On October 18, 2025, the performers of Babel Games took over the House of European History for Museum Night Fever 2025!Babel Games is a 100% improvised show inspired by your suggestions, blending languages on stage. The show proudly bears the “Open Museum” label, which highlights inclusive and accessible performances.
For this special evening, the four performers and the pianist transported the audience to the year 2525... a future where almost all languages have disappeared. Thankfully, the underground “Babel Games” nights still exist — secret gatherings celebrating the richness of linguistic diversity and proving that we can always understand each other, even across multiple languages.
More than 120 people joined us on the 6th floor of the House of European History to journey together through French, English, Spanish, Dutch, Greek, Moroccan Arabic, Italian... as well as silence and invented languages.
You laughed, shared words and expressions with us, and inspired our stories. Babel Games is a celebration of intercultural language — an experience where emotions and gestures speak louder than words; a show where everyone belongs, no matter their mother tongue.Humor, poetry, and human connection were the heart of this wonderful evening in the beautiful House of European History!
