TEAM BUILDINGS
We lead team-building sessions using tools, games, and exercises from improvisational theater. This activity is suitable for all participants, regardless of their age or level of shyness, thanks to exercises specifically designed for a professional setting. We offer several different objectives (detailed below).
FUN
Objective
Meet, have fun together, and break the ice.
Duration
The duration can vary between 2:00 and 4:00.
Number of participants
We can organise this activity for any number of participants starting from 5 people. For large groups, we divide the participants into subgroups of 14 to 16 people, with each group being accompanied by an improv coach.
Technical requirements
A clear space (without tables) with chairs and a quiet environment. A separate space must be provided for each subgroup.
Language

COHESION
Objective
Learn to know each other better, share one's way of working, experiences, and culture.
Duration
The duration can vary between 3:00 and 8:00 (full day).
Number of participants
We can organise this activity for any number of participants starting from 5 people. For large groups, we divide the participants into subgroups of 12 to 14 people, with each group being accompanied by an improv coach.
Technical requirements
A clear space (without tables) with chairs and a quiet environment. A separate space must be provided for each subgroup.
Language
EN - FR - NL - ES - we can integrate participants' native languages as well.
COMMUNICATE
Objective
Learn to communicate better, listen to others, and value the ideas of your colleagues. Better communicate when dealing with the unexpected or stressful situations.

The duration can vary between 2:00 and 8:00 (full day)

They tried it ... and adopted it!
We had a team building session with Laurie using improv theatre and LOVED it. All of us were hesitant and shy at the start, but by the end we were fully engaged. The change in the dynamics was a brilliant experience. My personal favourite part of it was the way Laurie was able to use the exercises to show us how we are all pre-conditioned to react to different inputs while that isn’t always the best solution. I am hopeful to take this learning away and be more conscious of these pre-conceptions (“yes-and” instead of “yes-but”).
